A built-up area of 2800m2 located in busy Sodeco, within close proximity to distinctive landmarks such as the National Museum, University of Saint Joseph and the French Cultural Center. It is also within walking distance from the vibrant downtown area. 2800m2 gathers 5 apartments of 200m², 10 apartments of 260m², 10 apartments of 360m², 28 duplex of 319m², and a penthouse of 735 m². The lobby’s surrounding landscape, the rooftop gardens and a pool fully emanate from our in-house designs. With a masculine and robust outtake, the symmetrical benchmark project dominates the milieu. It boasts a contemporary design that is not only aesthetically exceptional, but that is also carefully planned, making optimal use of space while respecting the surroundings. The landscape was approached using geometric lines with a minimalist approach, the water pond as a leader to the entrance.

Granite slabs emerging from the ground grass give the elegant touch, as the height of the trees works as a filter to reduce noise pollution, creating a climatic environment to the residents. The roof, with an infinity pool, links between the viewer and the sea giving the literal feeling of “being on top of the world.” Lineal tiled stones maintaining the concept through the architecture and the landscape of the project
