The land area is about 8000 sqm located in the valley of Oudine, Andaket, Akkar. Rich in oak and pine trees, the land topography is diverse. The lower part has a smooth slope and is planted with olive trees. The second half has a 40% slope with pine trees where we will build a holiday cabin made with basalt and wood.

The wind in this valley is north south oriented, the view is 180 degrees mainly east south and the access is from the north side. We stretched the rectangle allowing the breeze to come inside the living room all the way through to the two outdoor decking areas that will serve the owner and his guests on a gathering or a cozy dinner.
