Limited project budgets and climate change are some of the main design challenges in architecture. Weather and wind direction play a key role in site analysis. Allowing fresh air to move through buildings is a must, since most of the clients want to enjoy their spaces while reducing energy consumption. Due to this, we designed the house with  insulated cavities with some acting as an exit to other terraces. Our focus was to create beautiful spaces while also keeping both cost and environmental impacts to a minimum.
