From the entrance at the raised ground floor, until you open the apartment door, there is a feeling of “less is more”. Despite that this residential building was designed by Herzog & De Meuron, you feel the spirit of Mies Van Der Rohe with floor to ceiling glass facades, circular columns, and a white marble floor.

The project was built and finished; however, the work was not satisfying to the owner who wanted to decrease the bedroom size and have a family room, creating by that a suite and 2 bedrooms instead of 4 bedrooms.

The project should reflect lightness and the blue horizon, so we decided to custom design a white marble wall shelves for the dining room and a Verde Guatemala marble wall for the canopy fire place.
